Television broadcaster Robin Roberts, who many will know as the anchor of the longtime-running television show, Good Morning America, is reportedly the highest-paid anchor of the morning show with an estimated annual salary of $18 million. This, of course, explains her net worth of $35 million. Roberts has also been able to diversify her investment portfolio by founding her own digital and broadcast company, Rockin’ Robin Productions. What’s more, Roberts is also an acclaimed author, with two bestsellers to her name, My Story, My Song: Mother-Daughter Reflections on Life and Faith (2102), and Everybody’s Got Something (2013).

She grew up in Mississippi and earned her degree at Southeastern Louisiana University while working as a sports anchor for the local radio and TV stations. Soon after, she became an honored ESPN sportscaster for 15 years, even earned herself an induction to the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame for her contribution to the impact of the sport through broadcasting work and play. Her seat as co-anchor of George Stephanopoulos in GMA led the program to earn the number-one spot as a morning show again.
