NANCY SINATRA – $5.3 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

Daughter of the esteemed Frank Sinatra, Nancy Sinatra is an American singer and actress. With an appearance on her father Frank Sinatra’s ABC-TV variety series in 1957, Nancy began her career as a singer and actress, but initially, she achieved success only in Europe and Japan. Then she made her own reputation with her 1966 signature hit, These Boots Are Made for Walkin’. She sealed the deal with the title song from the James Bond film You Only Live Twice, which was Somethin’ Stupid, a duet she made with her father.

Sinatra bought her home in Beverly Hills in 1998 for $2.2 million. Her investments paid off when she sold it in 2011 for $5.3 million. The 8085-square-foot mansion was built in 1990, with five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The house features a swimming pool, a cabana, and a two-story guesthouse.
