Barry Manilow is an American singer-songwriter with a career of over five decades. His hits, Mandy, Copacabana and Can’t Smile Without You, are 70’s classics and have been the soundtrack of many movies. With money management and royalties, Manilow bought a mansion in Malibu, California for $14.75 million.

The 4320-square-foot residence, which was named “Barry’s house” by local people, was built in 1976. It has contemporary and modern designs with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, a media room, and a view of a lake from its two-story height. What’s more, inside the master suite, there’s a built-in fireplace and parallel bathtub from which can enjoy the serene view of the ocean. Outside the residence, you can take 180-degree views of the ocean in an outdoor Jacuzzi.
