Brigitte Bardot is a French former actress, singer, and animal rights activist. This actress is famous for portraying sexually emancipated personae with hedonistic lifestyles, she was one of the best-known sex symbols of the 1950s and 1960s. Although she withdrew from the entertainment industry in 1973, she remains a major popular culture icon. After retiring, she became an animal rights activist.

The 13th-century property was owned by celebrity Brigitte Bardot. The unique home was on land that is 1.46 acres wide. Its remodeling process took three years in total. Some of the features that the massive grandeur of the house had to boast were eight bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a formal and classy dining room, a huge kitchen situated outdoors, an entertainment pavilion with the best technology, a fireplace, and an infinity pool. It has been reported that when she moved into the house back in 1958, men tried to look in to see Brigitte wading in the pool. The moving company must have made a fortune from this huge move!
