CATHERINE DENEUVE – $5.5 MILLION, FRANCE

Catherine Fabienne Dorléac, or more popularly known as Catherine Deneuve, is a French actress, widely considered as one of the greatest European actresses of all time. She started her career early at the age of 12. She gained prominence for her portrayal of icy, beautiful strong women for several films like Repulsion, Belle de Jour, and Tristana. Her career is highlighted by many awards including the BAFTA Award for Best Actress and Academy Award for the same category.

Deneuve was also the face of the French national liberty symbol, Marianne, from 1985 to 1989. She used to live in her Château de Primard and has since listed it for $5.5 million. The property has 44 acres of land located next to River Eure. The 13000-square-foot country residence with an eight-bedroom has a more powdered Patrician style. Inside this eighteenth-century French chateau, there’s a 430-square-foot kitchen, two 700-square-foot master bedrooms, a large sauna suit, and a pool-equipped garden.
