JOAN COLLINS – $4.5 MILLION, WEST HOLLYWOOD

Dame Joan Collins is an English actress, author, and columnist. She was made a Dame by Queen Elizabeth II for her services to charity in 2015. Her acting background started in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art before she went to Hollywood to pursue her dreams. At the age of nine, Joan Collins made her stage debut and in 1951, she began acted British films. In 1981, she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series for her role of Alexis Colby in the soap opera Dynasty, and then Joan Collin became an international superstar.

Her sacrifices and investments paid off and she landed big roles in films like The Girl in the Red Velvet Swing and Dynasty. Her condominium in West Hollywood was listed for $4.5 million in 2017, and it has 2260 square feet of area and is located on the 25th floor of the Sierra Towers.
