LILY TOMLIN – $7.149 MILLION, LOS FELIZ

Lily Tomlin, or Mary Jean Tomlin to her family and close friends, is an American actress, singer, and producer. She started her career as a stand-up comedian in the 60s before landing her big break in the variety show, Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In. Lily Tomlin has been nominated four times Primetime Emmy Awards, three Screen Actors Guild Awards, and a Golden Globe Award for her role of Frankie Bergstein on the Netflix series Grace and Frankie. In 1977, Tomlin won the Best Actress Award at the Berlin International Film Festival for her performance in The Late Show.

Her former stomping grounds were located in Los Feliz’ gated Laughlin Park. It’s a Mediterranean estate with a sunroom, swimming pool, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. It was built in 1920 and Tomlin’s lawyer and real estate agent placed it in the market for $7.149 Million.
