Wesley Trent Snipes is an American actor, director, producer, and martial artist. Wesley Snipes was born on July 31, 1962 in Florida, and he grew up in New York City. Although Snipes focus on performing arts at a young age, he was also involved in martial arts heavily. Snipes has been practicing martial arts since the age of 12 and has a 5th dan black belt in Shotokan Karate and a 2nd dan black belt in Hapkido.

His iconic role as Blade in the Blade film trilogy kicked off Marvel Comics from bankruptcy back in 1998 to 2004. Some of his iconic films include New Jack City, Demolition Man and White Men Can’t Jump. Snipes used to live in a mansion in Alpine, but due to his arrest for tax evasion, he was sent to jail and lost his home. The mansion roughly costs around $4.1 million.
