GLYNIS JOHNS

Glynis Johns, prior to her retirement, enjoyed a successful career in film and on Broadway. She is best known for working alongside Stephen Sondheim in the production of A Little Night Music, for which she received a Tony Award. She was also in Mary Poppins and The Sundowners, which earned her Academy Award nominations for her performances. Given her acting credits and the recognition she’s received, it’s expected that Glynis has earned a ton of money in the bank.

As for her private life, Grinnice was married and divorced four times, and her first husband, Anthony Falwood, was the father of her only child, Gareth Falwood. Her second husband, David Ramsey Foster, was a World War II veteran and later president of Colgate Palmolive International. Her marriage to her third husband, Cecil Peter L. Henderson, ended a year later. The fourth husband, Elliott Arnold, author and journalist, wrote “A Night of Watching”, “Camp Grant Massacre” and “Personal Combat”.
