RICHARD CHAMBERLAIN
Richard Chamberlain started his career early as a teen idol in the television show Dr. Kildare. He was known for his charm and impeccable looks and was one of the leading heartthrobs in the 1960s. In his memoir, entitled Shattered Love, Richard revealed that he was gay, but this did not stop many lady fans from adoring him up to this day. Thanks to his iconic film roles, he has solidified his mark as one of the most renowned actors in history.
George Richard Chamberlain, born in Beverly Hills on March 31, 1934. He is of English and German origin. Richard had an extremely unpleasant childhood and never went to school. During his studies at Pomona College, he developed a keen interest in theater. At first, he missed the opportunity to sign with Paramount Pictures, then regained interest in the studio. On December 7, 1956, he was drafted into the military for 16 months and served in South Korea.
