JULIE ANDREWS

Julie Andrews is highly regarded as one of the most gifted and timeless actresses to ever grace the acting industry. Thanks to The Sound of Music, she has easily become a household name and is well-loved by cinephiles of all ages. Many years later, Julie continues to raise her already magnificent acting career, rendering her voice in recent films such as Aquaman and Despicable Me 3. Unfortunately, she lost her four-octave singing voice after her surgery went wrong, for which she hired a lawyer to sue her surgeons.

Julia Andrew performed in concert halls throughout her childhood and adolescence and began her stage career in “Cinderella” produced by the London Palladium at the age of 20. Andrew opened the door to Broadway through The Boy Friend in 1954, and became a real star in 1956 playing Elizabeth Doolittle in the unprecedented masterpiece “My Lady”. In 1963, Andrews got off to a good start in Walt Disney’s “Mary Poppins” and won the Oscar for Best Actress.
