PAUL REUBENS

Paul is an American comedian. He is famous for his character Pee-wee Herman. In 1982, Rubens began to appear in performances about the role he had developed for many years. The show was called the “Pee-Hellman Show” and it was sold out for five consecutive months. HBO also produced a successful special. Pee-wee became a fanatical figure of the moment. Over the next ten years, Reubens was fully committed to his role and participated in all public appearances and interviews as Pee-wee.

What you may not know is that because of negative media attention following his indecent behavior in 1991, Rubens decided to shelve his ego in the 1990s. Since 2006, Reubens started to make guest appearances and appearances in many projects. In 2016, Reubens co-wrote and starred in the Netflix original movie “Pee-wee’s Big Holiday”, replaying the role of Pee-Wee Herman.
