JOHN SPENCER
John Spencer was an American actor born on December 20, 1946, in New York City. Spencer began his television career on The Patty Duke Show. In 1999, he played a key part in the success of the much-loved classic NBC political drama series The West Wing. He played an exceptional portrayal of the lead role Leo McGarry, earning him a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2002.
Moreover, he also got the credit for being the popular illustrator of some best-selling books such as Walloobani: A Story From Australia, The Wild Animals: A Story From Russia and so much more. Unfortunately, four days before his birthday, John Spencer passed away in Los Angeles Hospital on December 16, 2005. He was 58 years old. Anyhow, he managed to create a wonderful life for himself and for his family as well as the undying memory that everyone would forever remember of him.
