CARL REINER

Comedian Carl Reiner is renowned for being the creator of the ’60s hit sitcom The Dick Van Dyke Show, which he also starred in. He is also successful in being the director and screenwriter of numerous films and TV shows. Carl wrote several books including his memoir entitled My Anecdotal Life. His accomplishments include an award for Outstanding Writing Achievement in Comedy or Variety, and he was also given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and managed to win 11 prestigious Primetime Emmy awards.

After being in the limelight for a span of seven decades, the world was shocked to know of Carl’s demise on June 29, 2020. Although some felt sorry for losing a great actor like Carl, they knew he had lived a glorious life.
