BERN NADETTE STANIS
Actress Bern Nadette Stanis made a name for herself when she portrayed Thelma Ann Evans–Anderson on the sitcom, Good Times. Bern started as a beauty queen and was awarded, Miss Brooklyn. She then went on to act and appeared on TV shows such as The Cosby Show and The Love Boat. Aside from being proficient in the acting industry, she is also credited as the author of several books: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly; The Last Night, Situations 101: Relationships, and Situations 101: Finances.
In honor of Black History Month, she was recently featured on Color TV to talk about her memories of Good Times. The versatility of her talent is indeed proof that Bern is not just a beautiful face in the business. People love her even more for her incredible acting talent.
