She achieved steady success for the rest of the 1960s, and her sales and rankings peaked until the 1970s and continued into the 1980s. Interestingly, the biggest star in the country music industry seems to have a secret up her sleeves. For many years, people have been speculating about the reason why she always wears long sleeves, and they think it is because she is covered by tattoos. A reporter asked Parton that question eventually.
Parton denied the tattoo rumors, but still did not raise her sleeves to end the rumor. She is best known for being the queen of country music. She made quite the impression during her time especially when it comes to duet performances. She was always partnered by the also legend, Kenny Rogers, who was also dubbed as a country royalty. Together, they have made some of the most memorable performances of all time. No two voices in the world could’ve matched better than theirs. Dolly continues to shine even at an advanced age, credits to her music, her gorgeous looks, and her famous hourglass figure.
