It is no question that Ali MacGraw is one of the biggest success stories of all time in Hollywood. Young Ali started as a production assistant, but it wasn’t long before she got noticed for her strong looks and started getting booked for roles through which she was able to showcase her amazing acting talent. Her most prominent performances were in the films The Getaway and Love Story. In 1991, she was selected as one of the “50 Most Beautiful People in the World” by People magazine.

Despite her strong start, she eventually fell into alcoholism. She always felt uncomfortable in front of the camera, and once in the shooting place, she couldn’t perform due to excessive cocaine and tequila use. However, she managed to bounce back with the help of yoga and proper money management, eventually being able to sober up. Up to now she still practices yoga, which is the secret behind her youthful glow even at the age of 80!
