SEAN CONNERY – $1.849 MILLION, COUNTY WICKLOW

Sean Connery is a Scottish actor. He began his career in 1954 and was the first actor to ever portray the titular role of British secret agent James Bond in film. He starred in a total of seven Bond films between 1962 and 1983. This role he performed helped him gained recognition successfully. Among his other notable films are The Untouchables, Marnie, and Murder on the Orient Express.

For his good job in acting, he achieved great recognition from the film industry. He won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards, and three Golden Globes. In 1987, he was made a Commander of the Order of Arts and Letters in France, and he received the US Kennedy Center Honors lifetime achievement award in 1999. Connery made smart investments throughout his career. He used to own the County Wicklow house in the ’70s, and it resurfaced in the market back in 2013 for a price of $1.849M. Another one of his properties includes his Marbella villa, which he sold in 1999.
