TONY DANZA – $8 MILLION, MALIBU

Tony Danza is an American actor, television personality, and boxer known for his appearances in the television shows Taxi and Who’s the Boss?, and for his great performance in these two TV series, he was nominated for an Emmy Award and four Golden Globe Awards. In 2011, he listed his longtime Malibu beach house for $8 million. He did this while in the process of finalizing his divorce with his second wife, Tracy Robinson.

The 3000-square-foot house sits on 50 feet of beachfront not far from Malibu Bluffs State Recreation Area, right off the PCH. This platonic ideal Malibu beach house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second level of the home is a master suite with a sitting area, fireplace, and deck. The deck is a good place to watch the sunset and dolphin frolic. The house was one of his great investments, having bought it for only $1.15 million in 1987.
